The Hope Heritage Cookbook Series was never intended to be just a collection of good recipes. Our hope was that it would also be a tangible depiction of the diverse backgrounds, traditions and heritages Hope Cottage clientele represent.
In this first edition, we pay tribute to the countries we partner with to place children. Foods with International Flair recipes are submitted by families, adoption workers (both domestic and international) and friends of Hope Cottage. We hope you find some unique offerings that delight your palate and awaken your senses to exciting new cuisines and cultures.
Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook support the counseling, education and outreach programs at Hope Cottage.
