We know considering adoption may be a difficult decision that requires careful consideration. If you need support for your unplanned pregnancy, experienced Hope Cottage professionals can walk with you as you navigate the options and emotions of your pregnacy.
Open Adoption gives you the opportunity to create a lasting connection with the family who adopts your baby. You may actively participate in selecting the family and be able to spend time with them as you plan for birth.
Comprehensive birth parent support includes:
Connection to prenatal care and other vital services
Extensive information and counsel needed to select the adoptive family for you and your child
Financial and residential assistance for those who qualify
Legal representation and assistance with complex birth father issues
Counseling support after the adoption is completed
Educational and career assistance to ensure that you have a bright and fulfilling future
For those who choose to parent, Hope Cottage offers supportive services, including connection to prenatal care, preparation for childbirth, education to support your child’s development, materials assistance, and one-on-one case management as you navigate the parenting journey.
